About the event
After your yoga class concludes at noon, you will be offered a glass of wine, mead, or sangria to enjoy—because nothing says "I just mastered downward dog" like a refreshing drink that pairs perfectly with your newfound flexibility. Just remember, if you can touch your toes, you can definitely touch the bottom of that wine glass!
Lauri is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
